1. Sub-processors used for every account
These process personal data for Eekaam SMC (Pvt) Ltd to run the Platform. Each is bound by a written contract with data-protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum.

2. Processors you choose
These receive data only when a merchant connects or enables them, and act under their own terms as independent processors or controllers.

3. Changes
We will update this page and email account owners at least 30 days before adding a new sub-processor that processes personal data for every account. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds and we cannot resolve it, you may terminate your subscription and we will refund any prepaid, unused period.
