Partner Program Agreement
Last updated and effective: September 30, 2026
Eekaam SMC (Pvt) Ltd, Karachi, Pakistan (trading as Eekaam)
1. The agreement
This agreement is between Eekaam SMC (Pvt) Ltd ("Eekaam") and you, the person or company that applies to the Eekaam Partner Program ("Partner"). You accept it by ticking the box on the application form; we record the date and version. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy also apply. The Developer Agreement applies in addition if you publish themes or apps.
2. Program tracks
- Theme partners design and sell themes in the Eekaam theme store.
- Agency partners build and manage stores for clients and receive development stores.
- Affiliate partners refer merchants and earn commission on their subscriptions.
3. Revenue share and commissions
- Theme sales: you receive 80% of the net sale price (the price paid by the merchant less payment-processing fees, refunds and taxes collected); Eekaam keeps 20%. Your dashboard shows the exact amount for every sale.
- Affiliate referrals: 20% of the subscription fees a referred merchant pays for their first 12 months, for merchants who sign up through your referral link within 90 days of clicking it and stay subscribed. Referrals of your own or related accounts do not qualify.
- Payouts are made monthly through Stripe Connect for balances of USD 50 (or PKR 15,000) or more, about 30 days after the end of the month the sale or fee was collected, to allow for refunds. Refunded or charged-back sales are deducted from later payouts.
- You are responsible for your own taxes; Eekaam withholds tax only where the law requires and shows it on your statement.
- We may change rates with 30 days' notice by email; changes apply to sales and referrals after the notice takes effect.
4. Your obligations
- Give accurate application and payout details and keep them current.
- Follow our brand guidelines; do not present yourself as Eekaam or imply endorsement we have not given.
- No spam, paid search on our brand terms, misleading claims, cookie-stuffing or self-referrals.
- Treat merchants' and their customers' data as confidential and process it only as needed to deliver your service, under your own privacy policy and, where you access customer data, a written agreement with the merchant.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you, including tax and data-protection laws.
5. Development stores and program benefits
Development stores are for building and demonstrating client work and must not be used to run a live business. Benefits (listing, badges, early access) can be changed with notice and withdrawn for breach.
6. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to what you build. You grant Eekaam a licence to display your name, logo and listings in the partner directory and marketplace and to distribute your themes to merchants who buy them. Eekaam grants you a limited licence to use its trademarks as the brand guidelines allow.
7. Term and termination
Either side may end this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice; Eekaam may end it immediately for breach or fraud. Commissions and revenue share earned before termination are paid on the normal schedule, except where termination was for fraud or breach of section 4. Sections 3 (for earned amounts), 4, 6 and 8 survive.
8. Liability, law and changes
The liability limits, disclaimers and governing-law clauses of the Terms and Conditions apply. We may update this agreement with 30 days' notice by email; continuing in the program after that date is acceptance, and we will ask you to accept the new version in your partner dashboard.
